Hi, I'm Lorri Morin. I own and operate Virtual Synergy, LLC, a virtual assistant practice based in Missoula, Montana.

For more than twenty years, I have utilized this gift of service in various positions in the military and corporate world including administrative specialist, executive assistant, team lead, executive support supervisor, and contract management specialist. I have worked in positions that require me to work both independently, and as part of a team to provide administrative support to a variety of customers. My experiences have enabled me to adapt well to change and thrive in a dynamic environment. I believe in continuous improvement, always learning new tools or processes and am a quick study.

It was this gift for providing excellent support to busy executives, paired with my need to grow personally & professionally, and a desire for more control over my destiny & greater work/life balance that inspired me to become a Virtual Assistant.

When I first learned of AssistU from an article in OfficePro magazine, I was very drawn to it. I pored over all the information on the site and reviewed the application thoroughly. However, it wasn't until several years later that I felt prepared to make my move. I submitted my application and was accepted to the virtual training program in 2004 to strengthen the foundation for my business. Virtual Synergy began operations in 2005 and I haven't looked back.

The entire AssistU experience has been more than I could ever have dreamed of. I learned so much about myself, as well as how to create standards and boundaries, how to build a strong practice, and about the principles of Attraction. The amazing-ness didn't stop when I graduated - this community continues to support and "feed" me each and every day. There truly is no competition here - just lots of love, support, and lessons to be learned. I am grateful for the experience and for the continued opportunities AssistU makes possible.

Today, I have a thriving practice and work with fabulous clients. I get great satisfaction from working with people who value balance and harmony in their lives and helping them to achieve it.

When I'm not helping my clients create balance, I enjoy being involved with the activities of my busy family, cooking & baking, and playing with my office pup, Caramel.
