AssistU is proud to put Meredith Eisenberg in the spotlight!
Hi there!
My name is Meredith Eisenberg and I am very happy that I decided to become a virtual assistant. I graduated from AssistU in 2007.
I decided to become a virtual assistant when we moved to Albuquerque, NM from Arlington, VA to be closer to our families. I was also very attracted to the idea of working from home to spend more time with my daughter. Working as a VA allows me to use my creativity, technical and writing skills every day.
I grew up in northern California and Utah. To work my way through college, I held a variety of administrative support positions. I moved to the Washington DC area after receiving my Masters in Public Administration. My first job entailed writing, putting together proposals and planning conferences for local government officials from Eastern Europe. I quickly learned that I loved to plan, write and communicate. Over the past ten years I have held a variety of public relations and marketing jobs for local governments, associations and non-profits.
My training with AssistU transformed me from a technician to a smart and savvy business owner who works in on-going and collaborative partnerships with small business owners to help them grow their businesses and improve their lives. My clients are all dynamic and successful business owners. My favorite part about being a VA is that my clients and I grow, learn and succeed together.
I add value to my clients' businesses by getting to know them and their needs over the long-term. The longer we work together, the more efficient the partnerships become.
I am so glad that I found AssistU and became a virtual assistant. I am looking forward to continuing to grow my practice while learning something new every day.
