2 AssistU offers an extensive, content-rich website with downloadable reference works and training materials.

3. AssistU has created a free Virtual Assistant Referral service (The Registry) that lists only its graduates, and is free to the public.

4. AssistU maintains Standards Of Excellence, Ethics, And Practices. Each year, community members are required to sign pledges stipulating that they will uphold these standards in their VA businesses.
