It's great for us to create a content-rich site telling you about our fabulous training and ancillary services and how we can support you better than any other organization in achieving success in your virtual practice, on your own terms. What should carry more weight for you, however, as you consider our program and community is what, specifically, AssistU VAs would tell you we've done to support them with their virtual success. So here it is from them to you. Want to talk with any of them further? Just let us know. We're happy to put you in touch with them.

Before entering the AssistU Virtual Training Program, I was the harried owner of an office support services business. I was always exhausted because I needed tons of customers to keep my business going; I worked only on projects and piecework, and the clients only needed me for short periods of time. I was constantly anxious because I had to heavily, continually, and expensively market my business to keep projects coming through the door. I also made myself available to clients day and night; this policy wreaked havoc on my family life.
Through the VTP at AssistUI learned how to market myself attractively to business professionals who need my expertise on an ongoing basis. I learned how to raise my standards and put boundaries into place so that I could achieve the balance I so desperately needed in my life. And I learned how to show the value I brought to the table by pricing my services appropriately and then by providing services of substantial value to my clients.
I now have a full practice of clients who work with me every day, and who pay on time and with a big smile, because they value having me as part of their team! Because of the pricing standards AssistU shared with me, I work with fewer clients and get paid more money. I feel relaxed and in control now, because my life is in better balance. I have more time to spend with my husband, and my days are now more flexible. I could never have done this without the training and coaching I received through AssistU; this program has been invaluable to me!

Although I had more than 20 years of experience as an executive assistant in the corporate world and earned my CPS designation, it was amazing to see how much I didn't know when I was accepted into the VTP. The Virtual Training Program at AssistU was vastly worthwhile and incredibly challenging. Now, a successful VA, I do the work I love and work with people I love to work with. I also reap the benefits of an ongoing relationship with a community of professionals who graciously support each other. The free resources, classes, referrals, and professional coaching are, on their own, worth several times the cost of the program, and the program is absolutely invaluable. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to be extraordinarily successful as a virtual assistant!

When I first heard about AssistU and the possibilities the program would give me, I was very excited. In fact, I didn't sleep well for about three nights! Being able to create my hours, stay home with my child, work with whom I choose... it all seemed too good to be true. I trusted my intuition and applied for the program.
Not having enough money to pay for the class, I used savings bonds gifts my grandmother would give me at my birthday and Christmas. Although I had been hanging (tightly) onto these since childhood, I really didn't think twice about using them. I knew I was taking a risk, but if this program was all it promised to be, it would be worth it.
I can honestly say this has been one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life. Making the investment (a bargain, by the way), in this program has been a blessing to me. My grandmother is happy to know I've invested in my potential... and I'm happy knowing she gave a gift that is so very priceless to me.
If your intuition says this is really right for you and this work excites you... go for it!! The VTP is all it promises, and more.

I made the leap to a full time Virtual Assistant 7 months ahead of my original schedule. I was planning on leaving my job in December of 1998. Instead, I left in May of 1998 to become a full time VA. The practice I built was based on the training and guidance I received from AssistU's Virtual Training Program. What I'm doing today with my practice could not have been accomplished without my AssistU training.

At first I was skeptical. Why would I pay a lot of money for the VTP when I could join other membership organizations for less than $50 and build my business on my own? I did a lot of thinking and investigation on my way to making a decision, and it was during that time that I figured out something important about AssistU and their approach. It's about heart. AssistU has it in spades, and I'd lost it in the corporate world. I wanted what clearly permeated the entire AssistU community; a collaborative spirit and holistic approach to building a successful business without sacrificing self in the process. What they knew would take me forever to learn on my own, and I decided that their structure would support me in moving forward toward success in ways I never would alone. So I took the leap of faith, and found that AssistU, the VTP, and being a VA were everything I'd hoped for... and more!

What the AssistU Virtual Training Program did for me was give me the confidence necessary, not only to be a VA, but to start and run my own business. The program strengthened my belief in the way I wanted to run my own business and the way *I* wanted to do things. How often does one say, “If I were the boss I would…” Well, I am the boss and I can, and do!
When you go through the program, you know instantly that this is something wonderful. In this day and age of "self-care" and "the journey", AssistU opens up a new world of optimism, attraction and what that means, and much more. In addition, I have formed a wonderful support network through AssistU my trainer, classmates and the VA community at large are phenomenal resources. My fellow VA's are an exceptional group of the brightest and the best!

Starting a new business is tough and tough in more ways than one. The thing that I struggled with was, "Where do I start?" I had great administrative skills, a strong accounting background, was skilled at managing a large project, skilled at working with people on the phone to solve problems and communicate information and, I thought, I was technically savvy. But, where did I start to get my business up and running?
AssistU was truly my guiding light when I decided to begin my VA practice. Even with my background, I discovered a whole new world of things that I realized I didn't know anything about, including how to create a life that I had only dreamed of.
At AssistU I learned to think _outside of the box_ and was encouraged and motivated to believe that I could create and work in a way that not only served me but provided a great service to my clients. I learned how to choose and work with those that I connected with on a spiritual and philosophical basis that would bring enormous satisfaction and growth in my and my clients' lives.
Could I have made a _go_ of my business on my own? I have no doubt that I could have. Would I have been as proud of my services as I am now? I don't think so. Would I have had the kind of clients that I enjoy creating a relationship with? I sincerely doubt it.
I truly believe that AssistU is the only training offered to virtual assistants or future virtual assistants that needs to be considered. That it intertwines professional skills and spiritual development allows participants to create the practices and lives that they envision for themselves!

The AssistU Virtual Training Program gave me the tools, knowledge, and confidence to build a successful business. I have been a full-time Virtual Assistant for three years and I attribute much of my success to the training I received through AssistU and Stacy Brice. The ongoing support of the community and AssistU is priceless to me and my clients.

I had plenty of experience as an executive assistant and an office manager, however I didn't know how to set up a business around it. AssistU's program provided me with all the tools I needed to succeed. All I needed to do was supply the effort and hard work. Another benefit of training is being a part of an extremely abundant community that AssistU created with all the students and graduates - it is has been a constant support for me along the way. I also took advantage of the professional coaching Stacy Brice offers and with the added support I was able to fill my business within 3 months.
If you are serious about starting your own business, you have experience partnering with busy executives, and you are willing to do the extra work to create your own business, then I would wholeheartedly recommend that you consider this training!

As a recent graduate of the AssistU Virtual Training Program, I can honestly say that this was one of the most informative and rewarding educational experiences that I have ever had. I am a college graduate and a Certified Professional Secretary, and I would rate completion of the AssistU program as one of the most challenging curriculums that I have undertaken. When I decided to venture into the virtual world in order to gain control of how my skills, services, and time were used, I did a lot of research into which avenue would benefit me the most in transitioning into a Virtual Assistant. I found the AssistU Virtual Training Program (VTP) to be the best by far.
The willingness of everyone I contacted at AssistU to provide quick, concise, and enlightening answers to all of my questions about the program convinced me to apply for admission. AssistU has strict and comprehensive guidelines for admitting individuals into the program which helps to assure that those who will be participating are up to the challenges presented and are extremely unlikely to fail. The volume and wealth of the course information provided to participants in the VTP was unbelievable. Add to that the extraordinary firsthand knowledge and unfailing support provided by my instructor, Stacy Brice who is the founder of AssistU, and you get a program that exceeded even my high expectations. I was also fortunate enough to participate in a class given by another instructor, and she was first rate as well.
Apart from the exceptionally informative class sessions, the VTP offers another wonderful benefit, access to the AssistU community. This community consists of graduates of and present participants in the VTP. These fantastic people are always willing to provide encouragement and support, answer questions, and furnish useful tips on a variety of topics. This sense of community, rather than competition, is what I find most attractive about AssistU. Another valuable tool provided to those participating in the program is access to an alumni "buddy", someone who has already graduated from the program and is a practicing Virtual Assistant. I still keep in touch with my "buddy", and she has provided me with great advice and inspiration.
In closing, I would highly recommend AssistU to anyone who is seriously thinking about entering the world of Virtual Assistance. The training, information, and attention you receive throughout and following completion of the program is invaluable and worth any investment of time and money. Without the guidance and support provided by the AssistU community, I believe that I would have found the virtual world to be a very lonely place. I feel that AssistU is the premier training program and community for virtual assistants and will only continue to grow and evolve with this fast changing and ever expanding profession in new and exciting ways.
